Chief Wellness Engineer, Lennis Perez, will help you get in touch with your inner peace and calmness as you learn how to practice mindfulness techniques that restore emotional equilibrium, reduce stress, and refocus the attention. Bring a lunch and get ready to learn! Ages 18+.
