- Limited Access non-resident TexShare cards are not eligible for this service
!! Reserve up to 8 days in advance
Reserve the room from 30 minutes to 2 hours
Reservations open daily at 8 a.m.
Max: 2 reservations per 7-day period
1 - 6 persons allowed in a single room at once

Paid Rental: Meeting Space ~ Classroom

Maximum number of people: 18 (18 chairs, 9 tables)
Minimum rental time: 1 hour
!! Can be reserved between 6 months - 2 weeks in advance
$$ If payment has not been received 7 days before your event is scheduled, your event will be canceled by the system.
Per hour cost for resident: $25 per hour
Per hour cost for non-resident: $50 per hour

Paid Rental: Event Space ~ Event Space

Maximum number of people: 120 (Depends on room set-up: CPPL---Event-Space-Room-Set-Up-Options)
Minimum rental time: 4 hours
!! Can be reserved between 6 months - 2 weeks in advance
$$ If payment has not been received 7 days before your event is scheduled, your event will be canceled by the system.
Per hour cost for resident: $150 per hour
Per hour cost for non-resident: $300

Maximum number of people: 24 (24 chairs, 6 tables)
Minimum rental time: 1 hour
