What are soft skills and why are they so important? Join experts from Goodwill Workforce Advancement to learn about the interpersonal skills that will help you get and keep a new job. Topics covered include ways to improve communication and teamwork, how to develop active listening skills and what to do when faced with conflict in the workplace. Ages 18+.
