The Sound Journey takes us into a state of deep relaxation, effortless meditation, rest, and renewal. Join Josephine as she plays unique and specialized instruments such as gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, and chimes to promote mental, emotional, and physical restoration. Please be prepared to sit or lie down for an hour, and bring items that will help you be comfortable such as a yoga mat, pillows for head or under knees, a blanket, or eye covering. There will be an introduction and suggestions for the experience before the sound bath, and a group check-in after. You are welcome to share or ask questions at these times. Ages 18+.
