Program Description

Event Details

Birds are amazing in so many ways. Where did they come from? Why can birds fly and you can't? How can birds fly at altitudes where there is little oxygen to breathe? Why do birds sit with their mouths open? Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Using Texas birds as examples, this presentation from the Travis Audubon Society will explore answers to these and other bird questions, provide tools to improve your bird identification skills and enhance your appreciation of birds. Ages 10+.
