Facility:   Event Space (Room 100)

120 people maximum (see room set up options for details)

Resident Costs:  $150 per hour; minimum 4 hours

Non-Resident Costs:  $300 per hour; minimum 4 hours

Kitchen rental:  $25

No tape. No tacks. You can not use tape or tacks in library rooms.

Additional Cleaning fee if needed: $300 *Cleaning fee is only charged if user-performed cleaning does not substantially conform with the room rental agreement. (Leave the space as clean as you found it.) 

Equipment

  • Large Projected Display with HDMI or wireless connections
  • Food and beverage allowed. (You are responsible for any cleanup.)
    • Staging Kitchen (access from main hall) available for an additional fee.
  • BRING YOUR OWN plug in style microphone. 3 Pin Male XLR Connector.
