Set Up Time: The time it takes you to set up chairs and tables is part of your paid reservation.

Clean Up Time: The time it takes you to clean up the room and put chairs and tables away is part of your paid reservation. $ Subject to fees if staff need to do additional clean up.

Finalize Your Reservation: Your room reservation is not final until you pay for your reservation.

Promotion: Include your contact information (not the Library's). Include disclaimer: “This is not a City of Cedar Park or Library sponsored event.”

Test Technology Before Event: Technical support for projector is not available at the time of rental. *Microphone not available.
